What if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If the delivery can't be completed after one or two attempts, your package will be held at the courier’s facility for around 10 days.

If no contact is made within that time, the parcel will be returned to us.

Once received, we’ll issue a refund (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days.
