Payment being verified or rejected

If your Card/Paypal payment is not successful, your order status will appear as "Payment being verified". After about 20 minutes, it will change to "Payment Refused".

No worries! The order will be canceled, and no charges will be applied.

You might see the amount temporarily deducted, but it will appear as "Pending" on your statement. In this case, the amount is frozen temporarily and will be released shortly by your card provider.

You can retry your order by clicking on the "Reorder All Products" button, as shown in the image below.
