If the address is incorrect, the courier will return the parcel to us.
When placing an order, please ensure that the data entered is correct:
- if it is a public place or a company, specify this in the "NAME" field;
- ensure that there is no misleading information in the "STREET" field. The address is read out by a computer system, so information that is not relevant to the address may jeopardise the successful delivery;
- please make sure that the postcode you enter is correct and matches your home address.
