How do I know if an order has been successful?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (remember to check your junk mail as well).

Another way to check the status of your order is to log on to the site and view it in the My Orders section.

If the order appears as 'Payment accepted', it means that it has been successfully completed.
If, on the other hand, you see no confirmed order or your attempts appear as 'Pending payment' or 'Payment refused', please place your order again.
