How do I know if an order has been successful?
Once you have completed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Another important step is to check the order status in the "My Orders" section after logging into your Passione Beauty account:
If the status of your order appears as "Payment accepted", it means that it has been successfully completed.
If, on the other hand, you see no confirmed order or your order status appears as "Payment being verified" or "Payment refused", please place your order again.
