Can I make a return?

You may return one or more products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. To make a return, you must receive approval. Please send an e-mail with the order number and a photo of the  products you wish to return to info_uk@passionebeauty.com.  

PLEASE NOTE: only unused and undamaged products with intact packaging can be returned. The cost of the return is borne by the customer.
