Can I make a return?

You can return one or more products from your order within 14 days of receiving them.

To proceed with a return, you must receive authorization. Please send an e-mail to info_uk@passionebeauty.com including your order number and a photo of the products you wish to return.

IMPORTANT: only sealed, unopened, and unused products in their original conditions can be returned.

If the return is due to a change of mind, shipping costs will be at the buyer’s expense.

 

Only intact and unused products can be returned.
