Can I add or remove products from my order?

When the order has been submitted it cannot be edited.

It is not possible to add products by paying them separately and it is not possible to exchange items even if they have the same price.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can cancel it so that you can place it again. Orders can only be cancelled by our customer service team.
